Exchange/Refund Policy
- 7-day easy size exchange (subject to availability).
- Email orders@bowtoes.in with your order details for size change.
- Items must be unused.
- Return shipping costs to be borne by the customer.
- Use a reliable courier and pack items securely.
- Do not accept orders if seal is broken at delivery.
- Quality check will be done upon receipt; approval within 48–72 hours.
- Items not meeting criteria will be sent back at customer’s expense.
- No returns/exchange on Accessories, SALE items, or ongoing offers.
