Exchange/Refund Policy

7-day easy size exchange (subject to availability).
Email orders@bowtoes.in with your order details for size change.
Items must be unused.
Return shipping costs to be borne by the customer.
Use a reliable courier and pack items securely.
Do not accept orders if seal is broken at delivery.
Quality check will be done upon receipt; approval within 48–72 hours.
Items not meeting criteria will be sent back at customer’s expense.
No returns/exchange on Accessories, SALE items, or ongoing offers.
